In 2000, I was on my way to deliver Mishloach Manot to Israeli soldiers for the Purim holiday. Suddenly, a car drew up behind mine, and shots rang out. My brother and I were shot multiple times, in an attack claimed by Hamas terrorists.

I miraculously survived, Thanks God and thanks to the heroic efforts of the Israeli Army (IDF) soldiers, who rushed to the scene of the attacks and repelled the terrorists. From that moment on, I decided to dedicate my life to helping Israel’s soldiers, and strengthening them physically and spiritually, as they did for me that day.
